SJ is a seasoned media professional with 25 years of experience - 17 of them spent with The Walt Disney Company - meaning she knows how to make magic & meet a deadline. Her work as Studio Director & Producer with ESPN Studio Directing, espnW, ESPN Features Unit, & National Geographic has earned her two Emmys, six Tellys, a Gracie, a Webby, & a Peabody, among others.

As Founder of YES& MEDIA, SJ is dedicated to production excellence & craft storytelling for major media companies, music & arts festivals (Something in the Water, Outside Lands, Life is Beautiful), & multi-day events (espnW Women + Sports Summit, X Games, Summit Series, Outside Festival). A lifelong athlete & sports fan, she recently co-created & launched a women's sports show for Meadowlark Media & DraftKings, along with projects for Prime Video, Women's Sports Foundation, & others.

A true hybrid director-producer, she blends creativity with strategy, bringing vision & precision to every project. As an inclusive storytelling consultant, SJ makes a profound impact in shaping respectful & culturally relevant content. She is devoted to the development, empowerment, & advancement of marginalized people in production.

SJ attended New York University & has an unshakeable belief in the power of storytelling - that the stories we choose to tell, & how we tell them, can create tangible, lasting change.
